How Orrinel handles your information
We collect only the information needed to authenticate you, operate the platform, and support the planning and desktop workflows you choose to use.
What we collect
We collect the account details needed to identify you in Orrinel, including your name, email address, profile image when your provider shares it, organization memberships, and the workspace data you create or access inside the product.
How we use it
We use that information to sign you in, route you to the correct organizations and workspaces, manage invitations and desktop access, and keep the Orrinel web and desktop experiences in sync.
Authentication providers
When you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, Orrinel receives the account information needed to authenticate you. Your password for those providers is never exposed to Orrinel.
Infrastructure and storage
Orrinel uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. Those services process data on Orrinel's behalf to keep the product available and secure.
Sharing
Orrinel does not sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service or when required by law.
Retention
We keep account and workspace records for as long as they are needed to operate the service, meet security and audit needs, or comply with legal obligations.
