The basic terms for using Orrinel
These terms govern access to Orrinel's web and desktop services during the current product phase.
Use of the service
Orrinel is provided for live-show planning, preparation, and related collaboration workflows. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your sign-in providers and devices secure. You must provide accurate account information when using Orrinel.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Orrinel, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
Availability
Orrinel is still evolving. Features, providers, and access rules may change as the product matures, and availability is not guaranteed at all times.
Intellectual property
Orrinel and its software, branding, and service materials remain the property of Orrinel and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
Termination
Orrinel may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if service changes require account restrictions or shutdown.
